Insomnia

Gosssh!!! I was so tired yesterday from work that I thought I would not be able to drive back home anymore. One of the hazards of having a car is the drive back home after a very tiring day. If I could choose, I would rather commute than drive. But the train connection to my place is terrible. I don't really mind driving, in fact I love to drive, just not when I am so tired and sleepy.
Anyway, as I was driving home last night, I said already to myself that I would not open the computer anymore and just go directly to bed. Helllllloooo!!! It is already 2:10 a.m. and I still cannot sleep. I tossed and turned for sometime in bed. Eventually, I just gave up.

So, i am back in front of my ever loyal companion, my laptop. Of course, I ended up playing around with the templates. This is not final yet. I will definitely change it again. As long as there are "sleepless nights" for me (like last night), the templates will also not sleep, ha!ha!ha!

Thanks for the tips. but like jennie, i also end up reading the whole book the whole night instead of falling asleep after reading some pages. the massage thing is very true. regular namin ginagawa ng hubby ko yan. alternate kami. i learned kasi "Swedish Massage & Reflexology" in Manila before I came here. tapos, medyo tinuru-an ko na lang hubby ko about which parts to rub with which technique. natuto naman.

the "radio" tip I tried the other night and it worked, hehehe!

Hello MissP. Ako din insomniac. To get myself to sleep, i read a book (which i admit, sometimes do not work coz I like the book too much to put it down :p), listen to the radio/cds or watch tv (para mapagod ang eyes ko at wala nang ibang choice kungdi matulog. hehehe!)

and anything with a lavender smell helps, too. ;)

hi. it might be because of stress or tension that's why you're having trouble sleeping. i do experience that from time to time. my destresser is to read a book, warm shower and not to mention (pero sasabihin ko pa rin..) back massage from my husband. try mo yan.. :)

H,do u have any clue how to change the background color? same layout but different color cuz wanna change mine to something greenish!ngeek nagmukha na akong gubat,hehe Uy tip naman H!! TLC!!!
